Organise daily site liaison with appointed persons.
Constant contact with client at key stages, updates on schedules and works.
Organise change of trades once works have reached the internal spectrum.
Liaise with client and statutory inspectors upon completion to handover project.
Provide formal handover pack with statutory documentation and details.
Provide cost effective and commercially viable solutions to cohere with all client expectations to maximise return on investment whilst delivering a high quality product.
Utilising RIBA approved, manufacture led CPD’s about new technologies, building materials and practices to aid deliver the most efficient and effective construction solutions for all projects.
Continually investing in our trades people with the individually trade led technique training, support and stability to enable them to develop their full potential aiding healthy and productive output on all sites.
Constantly reviewing site costs, project timescale and delivery against programmed and unforeseen project risks.
